Happy Friday!

With Valentine’s Day only a few days behind us, I am ready for Spring.  While we are no where near Spring in Chicago, I am taking the three day weekend to indulge my inner creative and spruce up my space.

I want to play in my closet, and create new outfits out of what I have. ( I love the first pic above the girl looks like she is literally standing on my street in Lincoln Park).  I plan to make some tiny little pops of color around my house and create a few mini floral touches.

I am going to a pottery store at the end of my street to make and create the white and gold bowls above with this how to from Wit and Delight.  I also am going to make a little set of these tea cups for a friend.

Lastly, I am dying to try to paint this picture that posted last weekend if there is time.

Sometimes, you just have to schedule time to play and create.  I am looking forward to these little projects adding even more to my life next week when my house looks lovely, and my closet has some new offerings.
