I found a new great new foodie blog today!  The images, ideas and recipes on the Fabulous Yummy Mummy Kitchen Blog! are too pretty and fun not to check out and try.  I hopped over to check it out and was inspired in more ways than one.  I especially loved the whimsically fun and chic confection pictured above.

Part of the beauty is that it’s so basic.  All you need is need simply: a round cake, a batch of buttercream, rose gel food coloring and a Wilton 1M tip and pastry bag!  I have it all in my kitch, so what’s next…
